Shipping policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 1-3 business days for the distribution centres to process orders.
If I’m experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I’ll contact you via email.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, I’m unable to accommodate any modifications to the order details. This includes address adjustments, item changes, and cancellation requests. I kindly request that you thoroughly review quantities, addresses, and items before finalising your checkout.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please keep an eye on the tracking for your package. Shipping companies generally attempt to deliver multiple times and leave a note at the address if nobody is available to receive the package. Sérénité is not responsible for any packages ‘returned to sender’ due to the customer unable to accept or collect the package within the time frame.
